About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Cape Senior Home Healthcare. As a CNA, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care and support to our senior residents.

Responsibilities:

Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
Monitor and record vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff
Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
Assist with meal preparation and feeding, as needed
Follow care plans and communicate effectively with the healthcare team

Requirements:

Active CNA certification in the state of Massachusetts
Prior experience in a senior care or healthcare setting
Compassionate and patient demeanor
Ability to work well in a team environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Compensation: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
